Managing Director

Archibong Eno is the Managing Director, Aegiswan Limited, an entertainment and business Development Company established in 2009.

Studied Business Administration at the Polytechnic Calabar, Nigeria and Counseling at West Thames, London. A voracious reader who opines strongly the development of what he terms “Original thought patterns” in African minds, a researcher of ancient African History.

Started out in Automobile trade, later moving to work in the stock market and in 2006 joined an entertainment company as a manager where i left in 2009 to start Aegiswan Limited.

A business analyst and an adept at business rescue, financing opportunities, Identifying industry demands across sectors, focused on proffering new solutions for business challenges as part of the services offered by a constantly evolving Aegiswan Limited.

Nsikak Umoren: Aegiswan Team member

Nsikak Umoren

Finance Manager

Nsikak Umoren is a graduate of Accounting, Chartered Accountant and SAP FICO certified, with over 12 years experience in the private sector, where he was the Accountant and Finance Manager. Knowledgeable on the requirements of ISO 9001.

An enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious person.

A writer of news magazine articles and content developer for online and digital platforms. Nsikak is also an adherent of statutory regulations, standards and high ethical values, ensuring Aegiswan compliance. 

In addition to the 12 years, I've worked with SMEs and NGOs to ensure compliance and Financial Reporting.

Aniefiok Chris Alfred

Human Resource Director

Aniefiok Chris Alfred is the Human Resource Director at AEGISWAN Limited. Aniefiok is a certified Professional from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) where he is recognized for his skills and his ability to mitigate risks and drive business results with a badge of associate professional in Human Resources international. 

Historically, he has proven core functionality by managing staff compliments of over 200 people both indigenes and expatriates in the area of government obligations. He is responsible for creating and implementing policies to ensure healthy employees culture and an environment conducive for a high productivity level with all the relevant training and skills. 

He also assists and manages payroll procedures ensuring the highest quality of new recruits for business growth is achieved.

It is key to ensure necessary support is created within the entertainment environment for a good work-life balance.

Aniefiok is energetic, enthusiastic and purpose driven with a positive approach to making people comfortable and happy within their work space. 

Tola Obiyemi: Aegiswan Ltd. Team member

Tola Obiyemi

Project Manager

Tola Obiyemi is a seasoned Information Technology Project Manager and Creative Marketer experienced in managing projects. 

He holds certifications in Project Management, SAP R/3 HR Module Configuration & Customization Skills, Cisco Academy Network Instructor, Operations and maintenance of Cisco Routers and Switches, Cisco Security Solutions, Wired Network Solutions and Wireless Network Communications and deployment trainings.

He has project management experience spanning across Investment banking, Oil and Gas, training and consulting environments.He has the ability to use information technology to build systems and processes that ensure effective implementation of complex projects.

Tola was involved in facilitating capacity development projects in Europe, North Africa and Mid-East. He consults for both medium and large scale enterprises. He was nominated to represent Nigeria by Microsoft to evaluate and judge projects submitted by schools across the world at the last Microsoft Partners in learning Global Forum held in Morocco.
